You are customer obsessed, candidate experience conscious, and able to generate and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through Relationship Recruiting and referrals. When a new job opens you react with “I know a candidate for that role!”
Your Story: You have demonstrated ability to land and expand profitable accounts. You understand Contingent, Container and Retainer models. You are well connected in the Seattle Tech eco-system. Bringing in new accounts, and new job orders consistently is fun for you, and collaborating to fill the job orders is fulfilling for you.
